  • 1-1 career coaching supporting individuals at various levels and throughout all career stages
  • 1-1 leadership coaching for members of The Management Group (TMG)
  • Job competition coaching: professional materials, interviewing, self-marketing and networking
  • Education and professional development planning
  • Preparing for retirement and encore career planning
  • Department staff career presentations, team sessions and workshops

 Employee Career Services provides support to employees eligible for McMaster benefits through the terms and conditions of their appointment: Staff of (UNIFOR Local 5555, Unit 1, 3 and 4), Building Union of Canada (BUC), Hospitality Services (SEIU Local 2), Operating Engineers (IUOE), and members of The Management Group (TMG).

Notice: All 1:1 meetings require a scheduled appointment. Please schedule appointments a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
